Revamping Pinky’s and the fun I am having
This is my write-up about the headache and hassle of getting Pinky’s Printables back up and running smoothly. I had to switch hosting providers, and I truly feel I made the right call—I’m now with DreamHost. The price was great, and the features blew my old host out of the water.
The downside? WordPress. I’ve tried it more times than I can count, and hated it every time. But this time, I was determined to master it—or at least learn it well enough to rebuild my site. I’m still learning a lot (and I mean a lot!), but I’m getting there.
Word of advice if you’re thinking about trying WordPress: use the support they offer. The DreamHost team is amazing.
I just wanted to let everyone know that I’m back up and running—even though I’m still working on getting pages where they need to be. I’m behind with my own personal schedule, and I want to apologize for that.
